LGBTQIA+ support
A space where you can show up as you are, without needing to explain or justify your experience. This work is grounded in understanding the unique layers that can shape identity, relationships, and how you move through the world.
Together, we make sense of what’s coming up and move toward a way of relating to yourself and others that feels more aligned and secure.
This may include support with:
• identity and self-acceptance
• navigating the process of coming out
• relationship and intimacy challenges
• internalised shame or self-doubt
• family, cultural, or societal pressures
• feeling disconnected or unsure of where you fit
NDIS - Self & Plan Managed (Capacity Building Support)
I offer counselling for NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed, with a focus on creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
Sessions are flexible and paced in a way that works for you, with a focus on building understanding, confidence, and day-to-day wellbeing.
This may include support with:
• anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm
• building confidence and independence
• navigating relationships and communication
• emotional regulation and coping strategies
• identity, self-esteem, and sense of self
• processing past experiences
