Who am I

I’m Bradley, and I work with individuals and couples who want more than surface-level coping strategies they want clarity, connection, and real, lasting change.

Alongside relationship work, I support clients impacted by trauma, including PTSD, complex trauma (C-PTSD), and attachment-related wounds. I’ve worked with survivors of child sexual abuse, sexual assault, as well as first responders and emergency service personnel. I understand how trauma can shape the nervous system, relationships, identity, and the way we move through the world often in ways that aren’t immediately visible.

I’ve always been drawn to understanding relationships: how we love, how we protect ourselves, how we repeat patterns without meaning to, and how we can learn to show up differently. My interest in this work isn’t just professional it’s deeply personal. Like many of the people I work with, I understand what it means to navigate identity, vulnerability, conflict, and growth within relationships.

As a gay man, I’m particularly passionate about creating affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples. I understand the layered experiences that can shape how we relate, family expectations, shame, cultural messaging, attachment wounds, and the pressure to “get it right.” You won’t need to educate me on those realities.

Clients often tell me they feel both supported and gently challenged in our sessions. I’m warm and steady, but I’m also direct when needed. I believe therapy should feel safe but it should also move you forward.

Outside of the therapy room, I value connection, growth, and depth in my own relationships. I bring that same intentionality into my work. When you sit down with me, you’re working with someone who genuinely cares about the quality of your relationships including the one you have with yourself.

If you’re ready to do meaningful work whether individually or as a couple, I’d be honoured to support you.

I see clients in-person and via telehealth at Hamilton (Tuesdays and every second Saturday) and in Clayfield (Wednesday to every second Saturday).
