  • I provide individual counselling, couples counselling, and NDIS (plan-managed and self-managed) therapeutic support.

    My work specialises in relationship dynamics, communication breakdown, trust repair, identity exploration, PTSD and CPTSD, anxiety, and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy. Sessions are available in person and via telehealth.

  • No referral is needed to see a counsellor. You can book directly through the website at any time. A GP referral is not required, and there are no waiting lists or approval processes to navigate before booking.

  • A counsellor and a psychologist are both trained mental health professionals, but with different qualifications and registration bodies. Counsellors are registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and specialise in talk therapy, emotional support, and relational work.

    Psychologists are registered with AHPRA and can offer psychological assessments and Medicare-rebated sessions. Both provide valuable support, the right choice depends on your individual goals and needs.

  • Therapy with me is collaborative and purposeful.

    You won’t be left wondering what we’re doing or why. Sessions are structured but flexible, with clear direction while still allowing space for reflection and depth.

    Whether you’re attending individually or as a couple, our work will focus on clarity, connection, and meaningful change.

  • Yes. I specialise in LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy and work with individuals and couples across diverse identities and relationship structures. You will not need to educate me on your lived experience.

  • Individual counselling sessions are $160 for a 50-minute session. Couples counselling sessions are $230 for a 50-minute session. Extended sessions are available at an additional cost. Sessions are privately billed. Medicare rebates are not available, however BUPA private health rebates are coming soon for eligible members.

  • Medicare rebates are not available for counselling sessions.

    However, this allows greater flexibility in how sessions are structured, without restrictions on the number of sessions or treatment approach. BUPA private health rebates are coming soon. please contact BUPA directly to confirm your individual cover.

    Online sessions are available via secure video call for individuals and couples across Australia, making it a practical and accessible option regardless of location.

  • Standard sessions are 50–60 minutes. Extended sessions may be available upon request.

Session Fees

Individual Counselling: $160 (50 minutes)

Couples Counselling: $230 (50 minutes)

Medicare rebates are not available. NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants welcome.
